Why We Built SeeLocal

Alberta is filled with incredible experiences.

From guided adventures and hands-on workshops to hidden gems, cultural attractions, and locally owned businesses, there is no shortage of amazing things to do.

The challenge has always been discovering them.

SeeLocal was created to make it easier for locals and visitors to find meaningful experiences across Alberta while supporting the people and businesses that bring those experiences to life.

What started as a simple idea quickly became a mission.

We saw talented operators struggling to reach new audiences. We met travellers who didn't know where to look beyond generic search results. We encountered communities filled with unique attractions that deserved greater visibility.

SeeLocal exists to bridge those gaps.

Today, we're building a platform that helps people discover, plan, and book memorable experiences while helping Alberta operators grow. We believe extraordinary experiences already exist. Our job is simply to help people find them.
