Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, your login credentials, and activity under your account. Guides must provide accurate host, business, listing, availability, policy, and payout information.

Bookings and Listings

Guests are responsible for reviewing listing details, meeting points, timing, included items, cancellation terms, safety notes, and guide requirements before booking. Guides are responsible for delivering listings as described and keeping availability, pricing, policies, and guest requirements current.

Data, Analytics, and Personalization

By creating an account or continuing with an identity provider, you agree that SeeLocal may use account, browsing, referral, booking, search, saved-item, location preference, and stated preference data to operate the marketplace, personalize recommendations, improve safety, measure content and campaign performance, and decide which local experiences to promote or source next.

SeeLocal may use first-party browser storage and analytics tools for session continuity, attribution, product analytics, funnel reporting, and experience improvement. Optional analytics choices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse SeeLocal, interfere with the service, scrape or resell marketplace data, impersonate another person, submit misleading listings, send spam, or use the platform for unlawful, unsafe, or abusive activity.

Payments and Fees

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Taxes, fees, refunds, cancellations, and guide payouts may depend on the listing, payment provider, and applicable law.
