What to expect

  1. Meet at Higher Ground We start at Higher Ground, a Kensington classic known for its warm atmosphere and community roots. It’s the perfect place to ease into the crawl and set the tone for the morning. Here we will grab our first brew, and a pastry to kick off the experience!
  2. The Naked Leaf A beautifully curated tea shop offering premium loose-leaf blends. This is the perfect place for guests to discover new teas and pick up something to take home. Here we will learn a bit of tea history and get some samples of loose lea teas.
  3. The Plaza Theatre Calgary’s most iconic theatre, where guests can enjoy a quick popcorn stop and soak in the heritage charm of this beloved Kensington landmark.
  4. Oolong Tea House A calm, aromatic stop where guests can enjoy beautifully brewed teas and learn why Oolong has become a staple in Calgary’s tea culture.
  5. The Roasterie Experience small-batch, locally roasted coffee in one of Kensington’s most iconic cafés. A great spot for guests who love bold flavours and local history. A chance to see the roast process from start to finish.
  6. Regal Cat Café (optional) A playful, cozy stop that always brings smiles. Guests can enjoy the café space, and cat-room entry is available as an optional add-on.
